I'm a strong believer that figures from different manufacturers can go together well if they have the same basing and style of painting. It isn't too hard to repurpose ACW figures when world fashions in uniforms were similar, just like today we can see armies around the world following American leads in helmet and uniform design.Quantrilltoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03824237942276969880noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3136207120003342101.post-66641525100248442042019-06-21T13:40:44.578+00:002019-06-21T13:40:44.578+00:00Nice to see something different with lots of simpl...Nice to see something different with lots of simple conversions to give it flavour. This looks great and like a fun game.

As for variety, I spot 7 manufacturers amongst the 7 Piciotti on the hill alone! (inc headswaps). (Accurate/Revell ACW, CTA ACW, Hat Nap Jaegers, AIP ACW, Marx Mexican, Timpo Nap, BMC Texan heads.) One of the oddest figures is probably the pikeman who began life as a home cast Dickensian Christmas village lamplighter with tophat, muffler and a ladder over his shoulder. Good to see them in action again. Ross Mac rmacfa@gmail.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04053555991679802013noreply@blogger.com
